Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to securely attach to your original packaging.
Package and Ship
Carefully place your ring and any included certificates in the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.
Inspection and Processing
Our master jewelers will inspect the returned item for quality assurance before processing your full refund or crafting your new exchange piece.
