How do I determine my correct ring size?
We highly recommend ordering our physical ring sizing kit before purchasing, as custom materials like carbon fiber and meteorite cannot be resized. Local jewelers can also provide measurements, but our kit ensures the best fit for our specific band profiles.
How long does it take to craft and ship my order?
Each ring is handcrafted to order in our Utah workshop. Standard production time is typically 3 to 5 weeks depending on the complexity of the materials. Once finished, domestic shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Since most of our rings are custom-made to your specific size and style, we offer a 30-day exchange policy for a resizing fee. Returns for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of the unique materials used.
Are the materials used in the rings authentic?
Yes, we pride ourselves on using genuine, high-quality materials including Gibeon Meteorite, aerospace-grade carbon fiber, and ethically sourced glow powders. Each luxury piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship our handcrafted designs worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their respective countries upon arrival.

To maintain the luster of your ring, avoid harsh chemicals and heavy manual labor while wearing it. For rings containing wood or meteorite, we recommend keeping them dry and applying the provided wax or oil periodically to protect the finish.
